How we handle your information
This notice explains how MATT Accounting handles personal information sent to us through this website. It should be read together with any engagement letter we agree with you.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, work email address, company, headquarters country, and the content of your message.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare and manage our engagement. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Messages sent through the form open in your own email program and come straight to our mailbox. Our email is hosted by Microsoft 365, and this website is served by Cloudflare. These providers process the information on our behalf and may store it outside Korea.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to matt@mattaccounting.com.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If visitor statistics are enabled, they are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
